The Women@Dior & UNESCO Program is a unique international mentoring and education program dedicated to young women. Established in 2017, it has supported over 2,000 young women from more than 60 countries, representing almost 90 nationalities. The program offers mentorship, an education platform with access to online courses and inspiring interviews, and the “Dream for Change” project aimed at fostering empowerment among young women. The program’s main pillars include mentorship, education, inspiring interview series, the Dream for Change project, sisterhood events, and the global conference hosted at UNESCO Headquarters. Applications are open from October 1 to November 25, 2024, and candidates must be enrolled full-time in higher education, under 30 years old, and proficient in English.

- Undergraduate in final year or current postgraduate student.
- Strong interest in women’s empowerment.

- Never participated in the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program before.
