Femme Palette’s mentoring program empowers individuals to achieve their career goals by pairing them with experienced mentors. Over six months, mentees receive up to 12 hours of personalized mentorship, starting with a “chemistry call” to ensure a perfect match. Mentors help mentees set and achieve goals, with progress tracked through a mentoring platform. Participants also benefit from SMART goal-setting guidance, ongoing support, and access to exclusive educational resources such as e-books, career guides, and themed libraries. Networking is a key focus, with mentees regularly matched for 1:1 video networking chats to expand their connections. On average, mentees build over two new relationships during the program. Mentees also gain free or discounted access to Femme Palette’s events, enhancing their skills and career insights.
