2025 EXCELerator program

The 2025 edition of the EXCELerator program will be conducted via the Thinkific learning platform, accessible to all participants from January to July 2025. Participants will have access to 12 pre-recorded sessions, each 45-60 minutes long, led by young conservation experts. Topics will include project development and management, fundraising and grant writing, and effective communication. Presentation slides and follow-up resources will be available for download. Participants can engage in discussion forums to share key concepts learned, ask questions, and showcase their projects. Toolkits and resources will be available throughout the program. Additionally, participants will receive an official Certificate of Completion and gain access to global funding and networking opportunities, with their projects highlighted on CoalitionWILD’s social media channels.

Eligibility

The eligiblity criteria of 2025 EXCELerator program are

Age: Be 35 or younger at the program’s start (January 9, 2025).
Project Stage: Have a project idea, an early-stage project, or a scalable project in conservation.
Commitment: Dedicate time to developing the project (2 hours per week for FLEX participants, 3-4 hours per week for LIVE participants).
Technology: Have a computer and reliable internet connection.
LIVE Program: Available for bi-weekly live sessions on Thursdays, 12:30 – 14:00 UTC.
