Reel Impact Grant Programme 2024

Apply before: June 30, 2024

Reel Impact is a new program that helps Black and Global Majority individuals and companies in film, TV, and cinema. It was created from the earlier Impact Partnership Programme. A group of Black and Global Majority creatives and industry leaders helped design it. The program’s goal is to fight systemic racism in the industry, provide more opportunities, and help the careers of those who are not well-represented.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for Reel Impact Grant Programme 2024 are:

Anti-Racist Advocates: Individuals and organizations from the Black and Global Majority who actively promote anti-racist practices in the industry.
Production Companies: Production companies or organizations led or owned by the Black and Global Majority, running existing or innovative projects with the aim to expand, sustain, or enhance their ability to support and inspire Black and Global Majority talent.
Career Enhancement: Individuals from the Black and Global Majority who are seeking to advance their own career or those of others.
Mid-to-Senior Definition: This term refers to individuals who demonstrate a level of experience and expertise.

Benefits

The benefits of the Programme 2024 are:

For Organizations: Black and Global Majority production companies or organizations in the industry can receive grants up to £25,000.
For Individuals: Mid-to-senior level Black and Global Majority individuals can avail grants up to £10,000.
