The Industrial Decarbonization Innovation Challenge is currently open for applications. This challenge aims to source the most cutting-edge industrial decarbonization technologies globally and connect them with our corporate sponsors in the industrial sector. This collaboration will help accelerate their efforts to reduce emissions and achieve their industrial decarbonization targets. The Michigan Executive Directive 2020-10 has tasked the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) with creating a Michigan Healthy Climate plan and reaching economy-wide carbon neutrality by 2050. Our objective is to support initiatives like these.
How to Make Use of Digital Marketing to Advance Your Organization?
Eligibility
To be eligible for this challenge, your technology must meet the following criteria:
- It should have been field-tested.
- It must have the potential to scale beyond a pilot project.
- You should already have customers using your technology.
Benefits
They are prepared to allocate up to $250,000 to enable the testing and demonstration of top-tier industrial decarbonization technologies in a real-world setting.
Application Process
The application process involves the following steps:
- The challenge is now open, and you can submit your idea on F6S.
- There will be a down selection process.
- Final selection of participants will be made.
- Corporate partners will have the opportunity to pitch their involvement in the program.
