Grants for Innovation: Life and Health Sciences

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the Grants for Innovation: Life and Health Sciences are:

  • A lead organisation must include at least one grant-claiming SME.
  • Businesses must collaborate with other UK-registered organisations.
  • The project must focus on life and health sciences in Northern Ireland.
  • Projects must run for 6 to 18 months, starting no earlier than 1 May 2025.
  • All project work must be carried out in the UK, with plans to exploit results locally.
  • Subcontractors must be UK-based; overseas subcontractors are not allowed.
  • A business can lead only one CR&D application but can collaborate on multiple projects.
