Grants for Good Program to support Small Organisations

Grants for Good, funded by the John Good Group, directs funding to small, growing local charities, voluntary groups, or social enterprises making a significant impact on communities, people, or the environment. To be eligible, applicants must be a local community group, charity, voluntary group, or social enterprise, have an income of less than £50,000 in the last 12 months, and have a bank account in the organization’s name. The programme offers unrestricted funds for various costs, including core running costs. With an easy application process, the fund awards £60,000 annually, distributed quarterly to five shortlisted projects per cycle. Charities can apply year-round and are considered for the next funding round based on a thorough evaluation process, which includes longlisting, shortlisting, member voting, and final results.
