Call for Proposals on Soft Measures
Application is now open for Call for Proposals on Soft Measures. The Soft Measures Call is a grant program offered by Innovation Norway, in collaboration with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Financial Mechanism Office, to support projects aimed at promoting social and economic development in European countries outside of the European Union. Specifically, this call for proposals focuses on funding projects that address soft measures such as social inclusion, gender equality, human rights, and anti-discrimination efforts. The grant program is part of the EEA and Norway Grants, which provide funding to reduce social and economic disparities in Europe and strengthen bilateral relations between Norway and recipient countries.
Eligibility
- SMEs[1], and large companies with no more than 25% public ownership, were established as legal entities in Greece.
- Not-for-profit organizations [2] (including clusters and business associations) were established as legal entities in Greece.
Eligible Activities:
- Networking with clients and partners;
- Cooperation in clusters, associations, or networks;
- Support to female entrepreneurship;
- Training to fill in skill gaps;
- Feasibility studies:
- Getting new insights about markets or technologies;
- Mentoring:
- Other types of competence building.
Funding is available for projects within the focus areas of Green Industry Innovation, ICT and Blue Growth.

Benefits
The total amount available for projects is 1,000,000 euros.
- The minimum amount of grant to apply for is 10,000 euros.
- The maximum amount of grant to apply for is 200,000 euros.
