Business Development Skills Grant
Applications are now open for the Business Development Skills Grant. The call for proposals on soft measures for business development skills in Croatia is a funding opportunity offered by Innovation Norway through the EEA Norway Grants. The aim of the grant is to support projects that enhance the development of soft skills for Croatian businesses, with a particular focus on topics such as leadership, marketing, and innovation. The grant is open to eligible organizations that can demonstrate a clear plan for implementing effective soft skill development initiatives in Croatia.
Eligibility
- SMEs[1], and large companies with no more than 25% public ownership, established as legal entities in Croatia.
- Not-for-profit organizations [2] (including clusters and business associations) established as legal entities in Croatia.
Benefits
The total amount available for projects is 695,852 euros.
- The minimum amount of grant to apply for is 10,000 euros.
- The maximum amount of grant to apply for is 200,000 euros.

- Networking with clients and partners;
- Cooperation in clusters, associations, or networks;
- Support to female entrepreneurship;
- Training to fill in skill gaps;
- Feasibility studies:
- Getting new insights about markets or technologies;
- Mentoring:

Funding is available for projects within the focus areas of Green Industry Innovation and Blue Growth.
