The eligibility criteria for the Bluegrass AgTech Development Corp Challenge Grant Program are:

• Open to registered, for-profit businesses
• Must be located in or willing to establish presence in Kentucky
• Focus on startups and early-stage businesses
• Funding prioritizes Lexington-Fayette County businesses
• Businesses awarded in the prior round are not eligible for the immediate next round.
