The eligibility criteria for the Alliances for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills are:

The program is open to all sectors in the 14 industrial ecosystems identified in the New Industrial Strategy for Europe.
Applicants must be aligned with the Pact for Skills framework.
Eligible countries include EU member states and countries associated with Horizon Europe.
Partnerships can involve a variety of stakeholders including educational institutions, industries, and government bodies.
Participating organizations should focus on skills development for green and digital transitions.
