Eligibility

  • The program is open to all sectors in the 14 industrial ecosystems identified in the New Industrial Strategy for Europe.
  • Applicants must be aligned with the Pact for Skills framework.
  • Eligible countries include EU member states and countries associated with Horizon Europe.
  • Partnerships can involve a variety of stakeholders including educational institutions, industries, and government bodies.
  • Participating organizations should focus on skills development for green and digital transitions.
