The ERASMUS-EDU-2025-PI-FORWARD programme encourages innovation, creativity, and social entrepreneurship in education and training, focusing on both sectoral and cross-sectoral initiatives. It supports projects that aim to improve career guidance services, especially for workers in small and micro-enterprises. The objective is to foster systemic change by developing methods that can be mainstreamed, benefiting education systems across Europe. Projects should involve transnational cooperation, incorporating public and private organisations with expertise in research, policy, and innovation. Additionally, projects must leverage digital tools and skills intelligence to scale career guidance and improve career management skills for individuals. They should also focus on improving guidance counsellor training to help people reach their full potential.
