The timbuktoo HealthTech Hub invites visionary HealthTech entrepreneurs in Africa to apply. The program aims to address healthcare gaps with innovative solutions in AI, medical devices, and biotechnology. Eligible startups must be technology-based, scalable, and contribute to the SDGs. Benefits include mentorship, equity-free funding up to $100,000, and networking opportunities. Applications are open from August 27, 2024, to October 6, 2024. The program includes a bootcamp in Kigali and a five-month incubation period.
Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for the timbuktoo HealthTech Startup Accelerator Programme are:
- Startups must have founders who are nationals of an African country and be registered and operating within Africa.
- Startups must have been in operation for at least one year and address development challenges with a technology-based solution.
- Startups must have a Minimum Viable Solution (MVS) and demonstrate corporate governance and accountability.
