Eligibility

To qualify, you should meet the following criteria:

• Ambitious and Altruistic: You should possess ambition and a strong desire to contribute positively to society. You should be willing to invest time and effort into determining how you can make a meaningful difference.
• Seeking the Next Career Step: If you are on the lookout for the next rewarding phase in your career journey, where personal and professional growth are key priorities, you’re an ideal candidate.
• Young Professional: While having 2-5 years of professional experience is preferable, They also welcome outstanding students who demonstrate exceptional potential.
• Truth-Seeking and Open-Minded: You should have an open-minded approach to new ideas and a commitment to holding accurate beliefs about the world.
• Entrepreneurial or Research Aptitude: While they have separate tracks for entrepreneurs and researchers, we are open to applicants with other relevant skills and aspirations.
• This particular edition of Future Academy is centered around nurturing Indian talent, but we are enthusiastic about accepting a substantial number of applicants from other countries and encourage individuals worldwide to apply.
• There is no specific mold for the perfect candidate; They are looking for exceptional individuals who share a common goal of creating a world where everyone can thrive. They acknowledge that factors such as gender, race, and socioeconomic background can influence one’s willingness to apply for roles when they meet most, but not all, of the suggested qualifications. They particularly encourage individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to express their interest in this opportunity, even if they do not meet every suggested criterion.

• In this edition of Future Academy (India edition), there will be three distinct pathways available: an incubator track, a researcher fellowship track, and a general career fellowship track.
