The Idea Village’s VILLAGEx is a mentor-driven accelerator program for venture-scale startups aiming to raise at least $1M in the next 24 months. Over a four-month period, up to 10 companies participate in this highly-selective cohort, benefiting from the expertise of executive-level mentors, startup experts, and business professionals. VILLAGEx is designed for in-person engagement in New Orleans, Louisiana, and recruits founders across the Gulf South. The program offers connections, resources, and guidance needed to scale rapidly.
Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for Accelerating Female Founders Program are:
- Must be a seed-stage startup ready to scale.
- Serve a new or niche market in an innovative way.
- Incorporate technology to solve a problem or improve a process.
- Offer a new or unproven business model with potential to revolutionize an industry.
- Plan to raise at least $1M in funding in the next 24 months.
